Some of the main responsibilities for a Administrative Assistant include:
  • Managing and maintaining the clinical schedules
  • Communicating with patients clearly via phone, email, text, or in person
  • Explaining the basics of dental insurance
  • Managing patient information in a HIPAA-compliant manner
  • Maintaining a presentable front office
  • Helping patients have a positive dental experience
