Extractions, partials, dentures, SRP’s prophies, crowns, composite, Root canals. extractions

MUST BE CREDENTIALED WITH MEDICARe AdVANTAGE Plans such as Simply/Liberty, Humana Medicare, Preferred, etc…

Pay: $550.00 - $600.00 per day
