Description
The Patient Coordinator at Inverness Smiles plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a dental practice. As a vital link between the dental practice and its patients, this position requires a combination of administrative, customer service, and organizational skills to provide high-quality patient care and support the dental office team. This position reports to the Practice Manager. Key Responsibilities: patient scheduling, insurance coordination, billing and financial transactions, customer service, administrative support.
*We do not use a traditional patient management software. We use a cloud-based system called Oryx - previous knowledge of a particular software not necessary.
